Ridge ("we", "us", "our") operates ridgeweartheroute.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written to comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Delivery address and destination country

• Your account password, stored as a one-way hash — we never see or store it in plain text

We do not collect or store your card details. Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider (Omise/Opn Payments), who handle that data under their own security and compliance standards.

Your cart and wish list are stored locally in your browser using cookies/local storage, not on our servers, unless you're signed in.

• Process and ship your orders
• Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notices
• Respond to questions submitted via our contact or feedback forms
• Maintain your account and order history
• Improve the site and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business:

• Omise/Opn Payments — processes card and PromptPay payments
• Shipping carriers (Thailand Post and others) — to deliver your order
• Resend — sends transactional emails on our behalf (order confirmations, shipping updates)

We keep order and account data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time (see below).

Under the PDPA, you can request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications
