Shipping Policy

We do not sell pre-order items. Every order — domestic or international — is delivered within a maximum of 45 daysfrom the order date, well inside the typical timelines below. If an order is ever at risk of exceeding this window, we'll contact you directly with the option to cancel for a full refund.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order ships, including your tracking number.

Free on orders over 1,500 THB. Otherwise a flat rate of 50 THB per order, shipped via Thailand Post or another local courier. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

We currently ship internationally to a limited set of destinations: Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam. The exact shipping cost for your destination (up to 1kg per order) is shown at checkout before you pay. International shipping is never free, regardless of order size. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee. This applies to all international orders and is called out specifically at checkout for destinations where it's more commonly assessed (e.g. Taiwan).

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your carrier and tracking number. If you have an account, you can also view live order status and tracking anytime from your Account page.
